Want this checked against your real statement? Send it over and we'll return a line-by-line breakdown within one business day.

Estimates only, based on the figures you entered. Dual pricing programs must follow card brand rules and state law, including clear signage and a genuine cash price. We'll confirm eligibility for your state and industry before anything goes live.

On its way.

Reply to that email with a recent processing statement — a photo of page one is enough — and we'll rebuild this with your real numbers, including interchange, assessments and every fee your current processor buried in the middle pages.

The same processor for every business is how you end up working for your payment system.

We start with how you sell, how your customers pay, and how your team operates — then assemble the stack around those answers. Pick a business type to see what that looks like.

Tables move faster than menus

Tips, splits, coursing and a bar tab that stays open all night. Your POS should handle a rush without a manager override, and your card fee shouldn't eat the tip line.

31 seconds Average time saved per table on close-out after moving to an Ursys build

One ecosystem, assembled per merchant.

Every piece works on its own and every piece works together. Take what you need now; the rest is already wired for when you grow.

Nothing here requires replacing what already works. If your kitchen software is good, we build around it.

01

From statement to live in about a week.

Four steps, each with a person attached to it. You'll know who is doing what and when.

Step 01 · Day one

We read your statement, not your mind

Send a recent processing statement and we rebuild it line by line: interchange, assessments, markup, PCI fees, batch fees, and anything else sitting in the middle pages. You get the real effective rate, whether or not you move.

Step 02 · Days two to three

We design the system around your floor

How your team takes an order, where the line forms, what your back office needs on Monday morning. That conversation decides the hardware, the software, the integrations and the pricing program — in that order.

Step 03 · Days four to six

Everything arrives configured

Terminals come programmed with your menu or catalog, your tip settings, your receipt, your signage. We install, train your staff on their real workflow, and stay on site through the first live shift.

Step 04 · Ongoing

The system keeps changing with you

New location, new sales channel, a POS integration nobody built yet. Your account team already knows your setup, so changes take a call instead of a new application.

Security is infrastructure, not a feature we sell you.

Card data never touches your systems in a form that's worth stealing. That's true on day one, at no extra cost, on every program.

PCI DSS Level 1

Validated at the highest level, with annual assessment and quarterly scanning handled on our side.

P2PE and tokenization

Card data is encrypted in the reader and replaced with a token before it ever reaches your network.

99.99% uptime

Redundant processing paths, plus store-and-forward on terminals so a dropped connection doesn't stop a sale.

EMV and contactless

Chip, tap, mobile wallets and pay-by-bank on every terminal we ship, with liability shift protection.

What changes after the switch.

Kept every month across three locations. The dual pricing rollout took one staff meeting and a set of table signs, and we've had maybe four questions from guests since.

From signing to running our first Saturday. They programmed all forty of our SKUs before the hardware shipped, so nobody on my staff had to build a catalog at 11pm.

Our shop management software, the payment terminal and the invoicing all talk to each other now. I stopped rekeying totals into two places, which was costing me an hour a day.

Straight answers about dual pricing.

Yes, when it's run correctly. Dual pricing displays a cash price and a card price for the same item, which the card brands permit in all fifty states, and it's the same model gas stations have used for decades. What matters is the execution: clear pricing at the point of decision, correct signage, a genuine cash price, and disclosure on the receipt. We handle the compliance setup and confirm the rules for your state and industry before you go live.

In practice, most merchants see a handful of questions in the first week and almost none after that, because the card price is disclosed before the customer commits rather than added at the end. A small share of customers switch to cash or debit, which costs you nothing either way. If it doesn't fit your customer base, we'll tell you during the design call and quote you an interchange plus program instead.

Then you don't run it. Roughly a third of our merchants are on traditional interchange plus pricing because it suits their customers better. The calculator on this page will show you those numbers too. Our position is that you should see the real cost of each option and pick, rather than be steered toward whichever one pays us more.

Usually not. We integrate with over sixty platforms, so in many cases we change the processing underneath and your staff keeps using the same screens. We only recommend new hardware when your current system is genuinely limiting you, and if we do, we say exactly why.

No long-term commitment and no early termination fee on our standard agreement. Hardware can be purchased outright or included depending on the program. If we've earned the account, we'd rather keep it by continuing to be useful.

Median is six days from signed agreement to first live transaction. Underwriting is typically same-day for standard risk profiles. Complex builds — multi-location, custom integration, or a POS migration with historical data — run two to four weeks, and you'll get a dated plan before you commit.
